Nokia officially launches E6 and X7 phones in the Indian market

Nokia has officially launched two handsets X7 and E6 in the Indian market. Both these handsets run on Anna.

Nokia officials stated that their other handsets which run on S3 will be updated by Anna sometime this August.

The X7 is an entertainment device which focuses on gaming while E6 is a touch-n-type device targeted towards business users.

The X7 will be available at a price tag of Rs 22,829 while the E6 will be available at Rs 18,679.

Director of marketing at Nokia, Viral Oza stated that by launching these two new handsets running on Symbian Anna, they are aiming to further consolidate their leadership position in the country.

Nokia has also launched a gaming tournament—Full Throttle.
